1992 Camaro Headers install

I have a 1992 Camaro RS 305 tbi. One of the exhuast manifold is leaking so good time to do headers.

My biggest fear is breaking studs removing the old manifolds. What can I do or use to make sure this doesn't happen?

Any other tips would be greatly appreciated.

Soak the bolts with pb blaster a few times a day or so before you start, and if they are real tough, heat the head around the stud with a torch.
