I have an '03 Olds Alero and I have found that as the weather has gotten colder, my horn will blare uncontrollably at times when I start the car. I then need to get out and pull the fuse for the horn under the hood.

What could be the problem? :?:

I think there is a TSB about this. There are some contacts that react to cold weather in the horn button area. It gets cold they contract and the horn sounds.
If you don't have it resolved yet, I'll see what I can find out.

I must have been thinking of a different one (tempo).
There is a relay in the fuse box in the left upper corner for the horn. I doubt that's the problem area, my guess is it is in the switch in the steering column. There is an air bag in there however and you may want to consider a shop to track it down and fix it.
Good Luck
