ALREADY REPLACED WATER PUMP, THEMOSTAT, FUSES, RELAYS, HEAD GASKET. NO LEAKS IN HEATER COIL, STILL SMELLS OF ANITFREEZE,
STILL RUNS ABOVE NORMAL TEMP. AND SOMETIMES OVERHEATS. WHAT ELSE CAN I CHECK?

Flush the cooling system, including draining the block. If equipped with Dex-Cool you may want to inspect the intake manifold gaskets. Check with GM about a recall concerning this problem.

IS the radiator cap holding pressure?

Make sure you bled all the air out.

Did you shave the heads when doing the headgasket job?
