How do you get the rocker arms off and to what torque do you re-tighten them to? Is it recomended to replace the fuel injector o-ring gaskets when you take the injectors out?

124 inch lbs. torque. after you tigten them. turn and additional 30degrees. and yes it is recommended that you replace the o rings on your injectors when servicing them. because they sometimes get frayed or chipped plus they become degraded overtime
