steering wheel vibrates and it feels like I have a flat tire. I bought this 2 months from a private party.

Sorry for the late reply.

You could have tried rotating the tires to see if made any difference. You could have safely raised and supported the vehicle, then try to shake the tire in question, in and out, up and down, sideways, everywhere, to see if any tire movement, if there is movement try to determine where it is coming from.

This sounds dangerous, your best bet was to take it to alignment shop and let them fix it.
