1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass turns over but doesn't turn on

1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

never had problems with car, just didn't want to turn although it sounds like its about to. Fuel pump seems to be working because I can hear it when key is turned, spark plugs seem to be ok, what else should look at? Thanks for the time
