2001 Oldsmobile Aurora english-metric conversion

I don't have an ownrers manual and need to get the car to read english not metric. There is not an E/M button that I can see. How do you change the readings from metric to english?

Hold down the (select-right_arrow) and (select-down_arrow) keys together for 3 secs. This toggles to other unit type. Actually, I just did this yesterday.
