How do you change the idler pulley?

When you change the idler pulley, you have to change the entire unit. (Idler arm)

First, remove the belts. Then you'll have to remove the bolts that holds the idler arm to the engine block. If there's a part in the way (alternator, power steering, etc.), You'll have to remove them first.
