Will not turn over or anything with ignition swith. But can jump across the starter and crank it but will not stay crank.

What about your security system? any codes? You can check the fuses in the diagram. Not only check the fuse, check for voltage on the fuse circuits. At the enable relay, right side, load side of relay. Bottom wire carries voltage to neutral switch, when relay is energized. From the neutral switch, purple wire carries voltage to starter solenoid S terminal.

The bottom left wire at relay is ground for the coil side of relay, grounded by the decoder module. No ground the relay won't energize.
