What causes an oil leak to the air filter housing and how to fix?

Good afternoon,

The most common cause is the PCV system. If the system is not working correctly, oil will be forced into the air filter from crankcase pressure.

Beyond that, the piston rings in the engine are bad causing too much pressure.

Okay, I understand this part. So if this part get change and the problem still exist after what will be the next solution?
I haven't changed the PCV valve as yet.

It will be most likely pistons rings in the motor. That is a major repair.
