My check engine light came on last night and I scanned it with OBD scanner and got a p0137 02 sensor code. Is it okay to drive it for 2 days until I can go to the mechanic? Is 02 sensor a serious problem?

You should be okay; this sensor monitors the efficiency of the catalytic converter. Here is the location of the sensor so you know what needs to be done to fix the issue.

The P0137 code indicates an issue with the Oxygen Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 2)

This is not too hard to do and should not cost too much, $250.00 max. You can get the sensor and do it yourself for about $70.00. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

Okay, thank you. I'm going to get it checked on Saturday, but I have to drive it to work for two days before then. Was just worried about the car shutting off on me before I can get it fixed. I had to replace the map sensor exactly a year ago. I tend to have sensor troubles in the winter with this car.
