Battery is fully charged and I replaced started. The starter gear comes out and lines up with the flywheel, but it will not turn over.

Have you checked to see if the engine turns over by hand?

I have tested the battery and the old starter. Autozone they said the battery is fine, but starter was bad.

So the engine just died while it was running? Also does the starter make a solid noise when trying to started it? Like the starter is coming out with a lot of force?
