My car listed above makes a noise in the following situation :
1. Engine on, transmission on neutral (N), AC on, more than 2000 rpm, AC compressor engaged
2. Engine on, transmission on drive (D), AC on/off.

Automatic transmission specialist has checked, He said it is from the AC compressor, but when the AC technician did the check, he was confused, because when the car running even with AC off, it is still make a noise.

Does it run a separate A/C belt? If so just take the belt off and see if the noise is gone. You can also take the belt off if it is a single system drive belt, but do not run it for long, just enough to see if the noise is gone. It may be a bearing in the A/C clutch that is faulty.
