No crank no start, they thought it was a starter problem?

But the starter is good. All fuses are good. I have power to the crank fuse and all ign fuses. I have power to the relay, and I tried a jumper on the relay from 28 to 30 I think that's the one I did but got nothing. what should I do now?

Here is a wiring diagram of the starter circuit and a guide to show you how to test for power, go over the fuses and power leads to see where you lose power, it could be the ignition switch itself.

I have power at the crank fuse and all the ignition fuses to but it still doesn't start it doesn't engage the starter I can jump the starter with a screwdriver and it will engage the starter but will not turn it over I think It might be that the motor is locked up but it was running fine I Turned it off and it would not start back.

You say it cranks when you manually engage the starter, so the engine is okay. Will it crank in neutral? Does the crank fuse get power when the ignition switch is turned to the crank position?
