I've replaced the power steering pump, belt, pulley, and rack. I still don't have power steering. It's easier to steer the faster I drive. The air has been removed from the fluid with a pump I borrowed from the parts place.
When the pulley was installed, it was installed backwards causing the new belt to be ruined. A new pully and belt was installed correctly after that.
I don't have any power steering at all. Please help.

Hi,
With the engine running, can you see the power steering fluid flowing in the pump? Also, when you reinstalled the pulley, are you sure it is turning the shaft, or could it be slipping?
