No instrument panel lights

Replaced washer pump motor and now no lights. Replaced fuse and still no lights.

Check the ground on the brake pedal bracket for being loose, disconnected or frayed wires.
I see two splices, a s213 along the black wire which is the ground and s203 which if the ground is okay and fuse, whether or not the other items that are also fed from that s203 splice it deserves a look at to check them splices 2203 for voltage and s213 for a voltage drop.
The locations are s203 at four centimeters from the instrument cluster breakout and the s213 which it does not say, but you can just run a jumper wire from the gray wire as close to the instrument cluster d3 pin where the gray wire is to a metal ground to rule out a bad ground wire.
