No compression in cylinder six

Clean intake plum from carbon deposits. Is possible for carbon to break off while cleaning and wedge the intake valve and exhaust? There is no compression cylinder six.

Good evening,

Yes, it is very possible. A piece could be preventing the valve from closing.

I would remove the valve cover and look and see if one of the valves is partially open. If it is, push the valve down and see if the carbon drops into the cylinder.
