No communication to scan tools

No crank, no start unless you take the positive and negative battery cables and hold them together for a couple minutes, then it will start. And also the hold light will flash. When it does start it runs good, but the hold light will flash and the check engine will be on. I have checked all of the fuses they are all good.

No communication with solus or with a actron scanner. All fuses are good.

Yes the solus works on other vehicles. The problem is the PCM and the customer is not going to fix the car.

Just to be sure, check pins 6 and 14 on the 16 pin connector for resistance and let me know that figure.
