1995 Nissan Truck reseting computer

My check engine light stays on. I do not care what is wrong, the engine runs as does everything else on the truck, very well. I simply want to re-set the under seat computer. If the light comes back on I will put a piece of black electrical tape over the light.

All you have to do is disconnect the battery or select mode IV after Mode III has been accessed
