Greetings
I've been putting off the repair of an oil pan seal leak because off the added expense of the 4x4 linkage workaround. Besides that, my exhaust has been hanging in there, barely, and my throwout bearing has been moaning for years. So it seems that if I get some work done on the oil pan seal, and the labor cost of the 4x4 front-end linkage workaround, that I ought to do all repairs at once. Add to that a clutch replacement while we're at it since it has never been replaced. This seems logical to me that I would save some money doing it all at once because once that 4x4 linkage is out of the way, might as well get the whole kitten kaboodle. I am curious about a cost estimate for all these repairs done at once at a repair facility.
Regards !

Really the best way to go about this is to talk to a shop. I wouldn't call one, but visit them instead. Shops don't like quoting over the phone, when I do, I feel like I'm spinning my wheels.

IF I put togather a number, it may be miles different due to labor rate, part mark-up. And in this case opinion as to the variables involved.

You need to ask about the quality of the part your getting, the warranty offered. There should be some labor savings, but again that is going to come down to the individual shop's opinion and policies.

IF you start getting a deer in the headlight look about labor overlapping from the estimator. You may want to talk to the shop oener instead.
