1993 Nissan Truck no clutch

On cold days I have very little cluctch, just enough to engage trans. Warmer it gets the better the clucth gets. I just replace all components except clutch. Can yu help me thank yu

Do you have a good pedal, is the pressure ok? If the pressure is ok, I feel that you are due to replace the clutch assembly, as it just may be worn out.
