1990 Nissan Truck V6 Four Wheel Drive Manual 98,000 miles

Hi, I have 1990 Nissan Hardbody D21 Pickup which has a slider rear widow. Recently, My son broke one of the small widows. I was thinking of replacing it with a ful window which I spotted at a local wrecking yard. Are they Hard to remove and replace? Also this truck runs tough, poor acceleration and bad gas mileage. I recently replace the timing belt and (water pump since I was there) but it didn't seem to help much. Also replace plugs. Any idea? Thanks

I found a rear window in a local wrecking yard. Where else can a peson experiment? At any rate I started at the upper left corner with a flat blade screwdriver being careful not to tear the window's outer boot. Inserting the screwdriver I carefully worked the screwdriver around the the upper part of window until the window was out from the bottom. A second screwdrive help me hold the bite as I pried it out.
To intall the window the operation was reserved, I started at the botttom (being sure to install the interboot lip on the inside of the cab and worked my way around the window. Also helpful was soapy water around the window's boot to help lubricate the boot.
