1999 Nissan Sentra Car won't turn over

I'm getting plenty of fuel after the filter, spark seams fine from coil pack, but when put on computer it say P0505 code. Will that sensor keep it from cranking.

Hello,

The Code P0505 Idle Control System Malfunction
can cause a vehicles engine to turn over or rotate when key is turned to start position but will not start and run.

Also what color is the spark? It should be a Bright Bluish/White. If it is an Orange color then the spark is weak and can cause a no start problem.

It was the distributor, the screw fell off the rotator.
