I TOOK CAR TO ADVANCE OUTO PARTS TO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON, THEY SAID I NEED TO REPLACE OXIGEN SENSOR. WHERE IS TEH OXIGEN SENSOR LOCATED AND HOW CAN I REPLACE IT?

DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE
COMPONENT INSPECTION
Front heated oxygen sensor heater

Check resistance between terminals (1) and (3).

Resistance: 3.3 - 6.3 Ohms at 25 °C (77 °F)

If NG, replace front heated oxygen sensor.

CAUTION:
Discard any heated oxygen sensor which has been dropped from a height of more than 0.5 m (19.7 in) onto a hard surface such as a concrete floor; use a new one.

Rear heated oxygen sensor heater

Check resistance between terminals (1) and (3).

Resistance: 5.2 - 8.2 Ohms at 25 °C (77 °F)

If NG, replace the rear heated oxygen sensor.

CAUTION:
Discard any heated oxygen sensor which has been dropped from a height of more than 0.5 m (19.7 in) onto a hard surface such as a concrete floor; use a new one.
