2007 Nissan Pathfinder Winshield Washer Fluid

Hi,
I have the exact same problem as someone else who posted on 7/14, but I didn't see a response. When I fill up my washer fluid it all leaks out between the fender somewhere. I can't see where the hose connects to the resevoir. Was thinking the same thing, that maybe it came loose.
How can I get to it to check?

There is a technical service bulletion (TSB) about the issue of leaking washer fluid on this vehicle. The issue is that the grommet seal on the reservoir filler neck becomes unable to hold the fluid and allows it to leak out. There is a new grommet that should be replaced, the part number for it is 28982-ZP00A. This is probably where your fluid is leaking from as well..
