Need help with this problem

Nissan Quest minivan 1993 168000 3.0 my engine knock and shake very bad. It like it going to fall apart. I thought it was bad gas, but I burn out all the old gas and put new gas in and it's still knocking and shaking bad. What could be the problem please.

Hello !

Start with a good "Tune-UP" replace spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor air filter gas filter, oil and oil filter.

There`s the check engine light on?
