2003 Nissan Maxima Heater blower motor speed control

My blower motor only runs on high speed. I believe the lower speeds feed through a resistor. Where is the resistor located and what resistance should a new on read? Thank you

Yes the resistor is bad. Its under pass side of dash near blower motor. New part from dealer isn't too bad.
