2000 Nissan Maxima right front wheel thrumb

My right wheel has a thrumb when going over large bumbs. Had the struck replaced. No help. Had nissan dealer look at it. He heard the thrumb but wanted a couple of hours to check it out. He said that there was nothing wrong with the wheel or struct. It run 80 mph with anyout any vibration or shaking. Can you help

Hi there,

you will have to get the mechanic to test drive the car and experience this noise, if there is no evidence of suspension wear, I would be thinking that a strut is the problem, have this re checked.
