I am trying to replace the starter but cannot remove the lower bolt. Any suggestions?

Is the bolt not very accessible, or is there just not enough elbow grease available? If it's just stuck, I have found Pb Blaster to work quite well on stuck bolts. I had a froze strut bolt from an exhaust leak that it did the trick on.

Pb blaster is a penetrating catalyst that can seep into places most other "loosening" products; like WD-40, cannot. It also works well to lubricate metal/metal surfaces.
