My truck also came without cruise control. Would like to know if is possible to have a cruise control system install on my truck and how much of a problem it would be. Thank you in advance for any info you can furnish.

LOT of work. A lot. You will need a speed sensor mounted inside transmission (may be there anyways I do not know) you wil need a cruise contro modulator and countless other things. Wires will have to go through firewall, controls mounted inside cab, vacuums wires and other stuff mounted to throttle.I could not do it, but maybe you can
