Hello. I have a situiation that the horn does not work, the right side of blinkers don't operate with alarm. All fuses are good but I don't have power to the horn relay. Started to trace wires but I don't know if there is a plice inline, or a fuseble link

Restart your diagnostic. Pull fuse #40, with you DVOM, check votage at the fuse holder, and re-test the relay holder at the right terminals.
