1995 Nissan Altima help

I have a 95 nissan altima with a manual transmission I just did a head gasket on it and a oil pump replacement I got it all back together she started right up but my idle goes up and down and stalls out even adjusting the idle doesnt work its to high or it just stalls and I cant find an idle control valve for my car only a throtle position sensor what could my problem be

Check for vacuum leak spray carb cleaner at intake, throttle body if a leak when spray hits it will idle smooth for sec. Also try and get idle screw back to original spot or will really screw up idle and TPS.
