1993 Nissan Altima Not getting power

I took out my old crappy battery battery to change my light bulbs, I put in a new one and now it won't do anything it's like the battery isn't hooked up, but I know it is. I know the battery isn't grounded anymore, I don't know how to fix that any idea? What else could be wrong with my car?

Did you connect the battery correctly and properly tightened it if so check all the fusible links power has to go thru them before it gets inside the car.

As far as I can tell and see everything is connected right. Any other suggestions or ideas?
