So I have the car listed above and the dealership is saying I need a new engine. It’s under warranty so it’s free of charge. Also, a new engine could be good because it starts its usage fresh. However, from my experience when a car has a major problem other problems follow. A fixed car is never the same form my experience. Should I take advantage of the free new engine or should I look into the Lemon Law? The reason I’m discussing Lemon Law is because this is the fourth trip to the dealership in a week. First they said it was a VSA modulator which I payed $1,000.00 out of pocket to fix. Car still had the same acceleration problem, so I took it back and they said it was the fuel injectors. That was under warranty. The third time it still wasn’t fixed and they said it was the spark plugs. That was under warranty too. Now it’s the engine problem. So I’m just worried this is a never ending problem.

Hello, I'm Danny.

You might want to look into the Lemon Law.... I believe it's 3 different trips to be repair same problem with no fix that makes you qualify. I only know of one of my friends that did Lemon Law years ago when he had issues with a new Range Rover. A new engine sounds good put you never know if that solves the problem. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
