Tire is cambered or something after hitting a wall on the freeway

I am glad that you are okay. It is kind of hard to armchair something like that without actually seeing it. Likely you have bent control arm(s) and other such issues. If you can take the wheel off, take a bunch of pictures and post them here. Then we can make a more educated guess as to what needs to be done.

You can also have it pulled to a frame shop and see what they can do with it.
