More than likely you have an issue with the control arm. This is connected to the steering knuckle and is responsible for holding the lower portion of the tire assembly in the proper position. If this is bent of pushed in then it can cause the tire to be out of place.
Clearly you will need an alignment after all of these parts are replaced so it may be a good idea to have it inspected if you are not sure because they will not be able to align it if this is not fixed.
