Volts go up and down

I have replaced alternator an battery with bigger, the problem is when I cut lights the volts start to go up an down. I have hooked up a inverter, music system, television, etc.
Even when all is disconnected, lights on volts still up an down

Check the fusible link it may be starting to go and a few of the wires maybe gone giving you poor voltage. Also check belt and tensioner as recommended replacement is 60,000 miles for both make sure battery terminal ends are clean with no corrosion as well.
