My car is running hot cooling fans arent coming on

My car keeps running hot I have replaced thermostat water pump. I also changed 1 of the fuses to the cooling fans the 50amp 1. The fans came on but then stopped. And its back running hot. So what relays or other fuses run the cooling fans? Please
help me I need my car.

With engine off and engine warm/hot check radiator for cold spots if you feel any the radiator is probably bad, If none found have a pro pressure check the coolant system for an internal leak like a head gasket
