Moonroof shade stuck?

Greetings,

I have the panoramic moonroof that has like carten wining in when open as the shade.
this shade does not retract when open.
Could I get some help with how to get to the roller behind the ceiling lining as I knew that I would break all the clips if I go ahead without some research?

Research got me nowhere but here we are changing from research to inquiry.

Hi,

I watched the video, and it appears the pretension has been lost. I have directions for the removal and replacement. Take a look through them.

Also, the vehicle should be under 100% warranty at this point. You may want the dealership to repair it in the event it needs to be replaced.

I appreciate your support, as soon I try it, I will update you with the results.
The dealership we have here is a really bad one, I remember that I brought the car 3 times for 1 simple recall just for me to be fed up not to come back. The recall cost will be charged to Ford, but they are really bad dealership.
It is 2020 last month completed 2 years so technically the warranty is for 2 years. The minute it completes the two years this happens, and the 3rd raw seat stuck, the headlights leaked water loool.

Hi,

This is something you should contact Ford Motor Company customer relations for. The problems need to be resolved and it shouldn't be at your expense.

Also, the basic warranty is 3 years or 36K miles. None of these things should be at your cost.

I attached two pics below. One provides the basic and powertrain warranty. The other is an 800 number for customer relations. I would be on the phone on Monday. LOL If the dealership you are dealing with is incompetent, they need to find another way to fix the problems.
