1991 Mitsubishi Monterro Maintenance Required Light

The "maintenance required" light is on. My mileage is 150,020 miles. I assume this is a mileage-triggered thing. Oh, I just put in a new ECM and long block.

1)How do I turn off the light
2) Is this an ODB-1 car for code reading?

You remove the access hood on the dash, behind the instrument cluster. There's a slide switch just to the right of where the spedo cable attaches. You will need a mirror to see it. Slide it over and the light goes out. There must be a little finger that the spedo uses to slide it over at measured mileage intervals.
