There is a constant low vloume clicking sound that is coming from the drivers side of the engine? Any ideas?

Sound liek valvetrain noise? Have seen many Mitsu v-6 engines with some miles on them wear out eh seals on the follower (lifter) and even the rocker arms where the lifters ride in, causing the oil to bleed past the lifter and make noise
