1995 Mitsubishi Montero timing belt

I am installing a timing belt,
the belt is alredy on but I do not know how to adjust the tensioners it has 2, can you help me?
(i can't find a repair manual anywhere)

I'll do what I can, I am not a Mits mechanic but here's the scoop, the tensioner on the left when looking from the front of the engine, is the tensioner, the oposite one is an idler...here are you instructions! Good luck!
