i have a 96 galant s with 105,000 miles, and every time i turn it on its squeeks really bad, my friend tol its my belts that are dry. is there sum way i can stop this noice??????

you can purchase stuff called belt dressing at your local auto part store. it is supposed to prevent the annoying noise, unfortunately the only experience i have had with the stuff is that it causes the noise to actually get worse. if it doesn't work, may try a new belt.
