we replaced the plugs, distributor cap and wires but it still idle rough and starts hard. it starts easier when its warmed up

Hi jefff smith,
If possible I would like to know the engine type.
When you mention rough idle, is the ildling fluctuating up and down a lot or is it just struggling to keep running?
Did the check engine light come on?
Have you done a scan to find any stored codes in the ECM?
