2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse Problem

i have a 5 speed 03 eclipse ... it shifts through all gears fine but it will not go. It was going about 10 mph but the rpm's were around 3000. The engine runs fine ... no sputering.

Any idea what could be the issue?
