Okay, so my car makes really nasty noises and I need an idea of what it may be to fix it.

As soon as I start up my car, it starts making a really loud noise, kind of like a knocking/grinding/ticking sound, but more like something is pulsing or moving around. Also, if I'm idling, if I press in my clutch, the noise decreases in intensity. When I'm driving, the noise is almost constant. It's especially loud when taking off from a stop and going up hill. I've also noticed that a squeaking noise sometimes accompanies the other sound. It's not my stabilizer links/sway bars, because I just had those replaced. I am thinking that it's my clutch, but I want to be sure.

Sounds like it could be a throw bearing. When you push thr clutch in, the noise pretty much goes away?

You probably have a 100k miles ore more.

It requires that you take off the trans, may as well replace clutch pressure plates, resurface the flywheel, checks seals while you are there.

Cost -- l$800 ish I wpould guess, unless you do it yourself.
