My water pump locked up and tore the timing belt. I replaced the timiming belt, but the engine runs very rough. It will not stay running by itself. I have opened the timing again to check the timing. I got an engine compression gauge and hooked it up to the spark plug openings. 3 cylinders did not show any compression at all. The 4th cylinder showed 30 lbs of preessure. What does this indicate?
