I don't kniow what the mechanic books say, but I would suggest its a 3-4 hr. Job, depending on whether the head needs work -- and it very well may.

The gasket its self is maybe $30, the entire job may run from $350 -- $450.

If you are looking for an exact price -- go check with some local mecahnics in your area.
