1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse Whats going on car runs rich I can

Well for my car I think its the map sensor but not sure, cars running rich and idles around 1500- 2000 rpm thats a bit high. And when I drive its fine but once I hit 70 or more on the high way in 5th gear its sluggish no pick up at all. Last were can I locate the map or maf sensor

Running too rich:

Possible causes include a bad O2 sensor, excessive fuel pressure (bad fuel pressure regulator or plugged return line), leaky fuel injectors, dirty air filter or restricted air inlet, or a defective coolant sensor that prevents the engine management system from going into closed loop mode.

The MAP sensor is located top right rear of engine. You don't have a MAF sensor.
