1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

when I was taking off I noticed I couldnt turn the wheel easily so I turned off the main road and when I was turning the wheel locked and I hit a curb with my front right tire. I put powersteering fluid in and it got a little better but still hard to turn, the steering fluid tank is full. When I got home I noticed the tire was pushed forward almost hitting the body. So I dont know why its not turning please help!

Sounds like its time for a new power sterring pump and some front end work to straighten out the strut.
